Submissions

To ensure uniformity across all BCES Conference Books volumes, please follow the BCES Paper Requirements and the BCES Citation and Reference Style precisely (see full guidelines at the end of this page). Non-compliant manuscripts will be returned for correction; manuscripts that substantially deviate from the required format may be rejected without further review.

Participants of the BCES Conference have two distinct options for submitting their work:

Abstract submission (oral presentation only)

  • Submit an abstract if you wish to give an oral paper presentation without having your work published in the conference proceedings.
  • No full paper is required.

Full paper submission (for review and publication)

  • Submit a complete paper directly for review.
  • Accepted full papers will be published in Volume 25 of BCES Conference Books (2027).
  • No prior abstract submission is needed.

Note: Participants may also attend the conference as listeners, without submitting or presenting any paper.

Abstract Submission

 

  • Submission Deadline: 12 February 2027

  • Abstracts must be submitted to: info@bces.forum

 

Format and Content Requirements

The abstract should be submitted as a Word file and must adhere to the following:

  • Written as a single paragraph
  • Written in excellent English (grammatically correct, clear, and concise)
  • Free of citations, references, endnotes, footnotes, figures, pictures, mathematical equations, and tabular material
  • Briefly describe the purpose, methodology, and key findings of the work to be presented
  • Provide a concise summary of the results/conclusions

 

Structure of the Abstract File

Each abstract submission must clearly include:

  • Author name(s)
  • Affiliation(s) and email address of the corresponding author
  • Abstract title
  • Abstract text: 200–300 words
  • Keywords: up to 8 keywords

 

Notification and Publication

  • Acceptance notification: Within one week after submission
  • Publication: All accepted abstracts (both from abstract-only submissions and from accepted full papers) will be published in the BCES Conference Abstract Book 2027.

Full Papers Submission

 

  • Submission Deadline: 12 February 2027

  • Full papers must be submitted to: info@bces.forum

 

Important Preliminary Step

Before preparing and submitting your full paper, you must read the detailed requirements - see the BCES Paper Requirements and the BCES Citation and Reference Style below. All papers must be written in strict accordance with those specifications.

 

Timeline

  • Acceptance notification: 22 February 2027

  • Publication: All full papers accepted for publication will be included in Volume 25 of BCES Conference Books 2027

 

Late Submissions

Full papers submitted after 12 February 2027 may still be presented at the Conference, but cannot be published in Volume 25 of BCES Conference Books 2027.

 

Registration Requirement for Publication

Only full papers submitted by participants who have registered by 12 March 2027 will be published.
