To ensure uniformity across all BCES Conference Books volumes, please follow the BCES Paper Requirements and the BCES Citation and Reference Style precisely (see full guidelines at the end of this page). Non-compliant manuscripts will be returned for correction; manuscripts that substantially deviate from the required format may be rejected without further review.
Participants of the BCES Conference have two distinct options for submitting their work:
Abstract submission (oral presentation only)
Full paper submission (for review and publication)
Note: Participants may also attend the conference as listeners, without submitting or presenting any paper.

Before preparing and submitting your full paper, you must read the detailed requirements - see the BCES Paper Requirements and the BCES Citation and Reference Style below. All papers must be written in strict accordance with those specifications.
Timeline
Acceptance notification: 22 February 2027
Late Submissions
Full papers submitted after 12 February 2027 may still be presented at the Conference, but cannot be published in Volume 25 of BCES Conference Books 2027.
Registration Requirement for Publication
Only full papers submitted by participants who have registered by 12 March 2027 will be published.
