The Conference registration fees include

• Participation in all conference sessions and coffee/tea breaks

• Presentation of one paper at the conference sessions

• Publication of one full paper (after being reviewed and accepted) in Volume 24 of BCES Conference Books 2026

• Publication of one abstract (after being reviewed and accepted) in the 24th BCES Conference Program 2026

• Conference materials (file, pen, notepad, badge, printed copy of the conference program)

• Certificate of participation (printed and laminated) - provided only on-site; no airmail delivery

• A hard (printed) copy of Volume 24 of BCES Conference Books 2026 - provided only on-site; no airmail delivery

• Participation in the welcome dinner on 7 July 2026

About lunches: Lunch is provided for conference participants who book their stay at the Mercure Sofia City Hotel via the official Hotel Reservation Form. If you are not staying at the Mercure or have booked through another channel, lunch is not included. Please make your own lunch arrangements.
